  • Processing Time: Customized suits are made to order. Production typically takes 3-4 days, depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials.
  • Shipping Time: After production, standard shipping takes 1-2 business days within the Thailand. and 7-10 business days for international orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All costs are in Thai Bhatt.
  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our suits, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong fabric or measurements not followed).
